Digital assets include USDT, BTC, and other cryptocurrencies, etc. Who Is Eligible to Trade in the BYDFi P2P Market?Users who have completed binding their email and mobile number and completed KYC. (Unavailable in Certain Regions) What Is an Advertisement?An advertisement is a way for P2P users to display their trading needs. Ads will include the ad type (buy or sell), the cryptocurrency assets the user wishes to trade, the fiat currency used in the ad, the total amount of cryptocurrency to buy or sell, price, order limit, payment deadline, preferred payment methods, etc. Am I Trading Directly with BYDFi?No. You are trading with other certified BYDFi users on the P2P market. To protect your assets, BYDFi will temporarily hold the digital assets until the seller receives payment confirmation. Does Using the BYDFi P2P Platform Incur a Service Fee?There is no service fee for BYDFi P2P transactions. When buying digital assets from other users in the market, you make offline payments using your own set payment methods. Depending on your payment method, transaction fees may be incurred during payment. You can check if your payment method incurs any transaction fees. What Is the Release Time?After the buyer completes the payment, the seller must release the cryptocurrency within the release time. If the cryptocurrency is still not released after the release time has ended, a BYDFi specialist will follow up on the transaction status. The average release time indicates the length of time a user typically takes to release cryptocurrency after the buyer completes payment. How to Become a Certified Merchant?

 <h3>Buyer's Note</h3>
 Please complete the payment within the time limit set by the seller and click "Payment Complete". If you exceed the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.
 
 If the seller does not provide a valid payment method and you are unable to complete the payment, you can cancel the order. However, this may affect your fulfillment rate. Please note that only the buyer can cancel an order.
 
 Do not click "Payment Completed" if you have not completed your payment. This may be considered fraudulent and may result in the suspension of your account.
 
 Payment must be made using a valid bank or wallet account, registered in your full name and matching your BYDFi account.
 
 We recommend that you choose a payment method that allows you to transfer funds instantly or quickly. The use of payment methods such as international wire transfers may delay the completion of the transaction.
 
 Please do not include a message in your payment transfer if the seller has not specifically requested it. If you must include a message in your payment transfer, please avoid using the words "cryptocurrency, BTC, USDT, order number" in the message as they may cause delays in the payment process.
 
 BYDFi will hold the seller's cryptocurrency until the transaction is completed. If the Seller does not release the Cryptocurrency within a reasonable period of time after you have made the payment and clicked "Payment Completed", you may dispute this. If you can prove that you did not receive your cryptocurrency, we will help you resolve any dispute.
 
 If you choose "Pay by Cash" as your payment method, Customer Service will not be able to verify the payment.
 
 <h3>Seller's Note</h3>
 Before creating an advertisement to sell cryptocurrency, please ensure that all your details are correct. If you discover that your details are incorrect after a buyer has paid using the information you provided, you must still fulfill the order.
 If the buyer's payment account does not match the information recorded on the platform, we recommend that you try to reach an agreement with the buyer via in-app chat. If this is not possible, please dispute the discrepancy with customer service so that they can intervene.
 
 Do not ask customer service to cancel your order. If you want to cancel an order, try to reach an agreement with the buyer before contacting customer service. If you have already paid, arrange for a refund before canceling the order.
 
 If you can't reach the buyer or you can't reach an agreement, raise a dispute and let customer service resolve it. To strengthen your case, please have any documents and materials related to the transfer ready so that you can submit them to Customer Service.
 
 As a seller, you are responsible for responding to transactions in a timely manner. If you are not online, remember to hide all of your ad buttons from the P2P marketplace by toggling the "My Status" button offline and this will not affect your ad ranking.
