Depositing Unsupported Coins to Your BYDFi Account
If you deposit the unsupported coins to the BYDFi address, you need to know the following:
• If the deposit failure was caused by the user's maloperation, asset recovery services are not generally provided.
• In order to recover the user's great loss of assets due to maloperation, BYDFi will assist you in retrieving assets within a certain range. However, the retrieval operation requires a lot of manpower, time, and risk control costs; we may need technical personnel to carry out complex technical operations such as importing and exporting the wallet software, and the entire process may take more than one month.
• Please provide the following information: username, deposit tokens, deposit address, amount, TXID, and a screenshot of your deposit page.
• We will ask our relevant department to determine whether it meets the retrieval requirements or not after receiving the required information from you. If you meet the requirements, we will notify you to deposit the retrieving gas fee to our platform address, and you need to contact our customer service after completion.
