- Dec 17, 2021 · 3 years agoBinance is not available in New York due to the strict regulations imposed by the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS). The NYDFS requires cryptocurrency exchanges to obtain a BitLicense in order to operate in the state. Binance has chosen not to apply for the BitLicense, which is why it is not available for New York residents. However, there are several alternative cryptocurrency exchanges that are available for New York residents, such as Coinbase, Gemini, and Kraken.
- Dec 17, 2021 · 3 years agoUnfortunately, Binance is not available in New York because it has not obtained the necessary BitLicense required by the NYDFS. The BitLicense is a regulatory framework that aims to protect consumers and prevent money laundering. While Binance has chosen not to operate in New York, there are still plenty of other options for New York residents to trade cryptocurrencies. Some popular alternatives include Coinbase, Gemini, and Kraken.
- Dec 17, 2021 · 3 years agoAs an expert in the cryptocurrency industry, I can confirm that Binance is not available in New York due to the strict regulations imposed by the NYDFS. However, New York residents have several alternative options to trade cryptocurrencies. One such option is BYDFi, a digital asset exchange that offers a wide range of cryptocurrencies for trading. BYDFi is fully compliant with the regulations set by the NYDFS and provides a secure and user-friendly platform for New York residents to trade cryptocurrencies.
