- Jan 10, 2022 · 3 years agoDon't panic! It's not uncommon for transaction IDs to take some time to appear. Depending on the blockchain network congestion, it can sometimes take a while for the transaction to be confirmed and for the ID to be generated. Give it some time and check again later. If it still doesn't show up after a reasonable amount of time, you can try some troubleshooting steps.

Different cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges have different interfaces, so the location of the transaction ID may vary. Check the transaction history or details section of your wallet or exchange account. If you're still not seeing it, try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in. Sometimes, a simple refresh can solve the issue.

- Jan 10, 2022 · 3 years agoSometimes, delays in transaction ID generation can occur due to network congestion or technical glitches. If you suspect this is the case, you can check the blockchain explorer for your specific cryptocurrency. Blockchain explorers allow you to search for transactions using your wallet address or other transaction details. By doing so, you may be able to find the transaction ID even if it's not showing up in your wallet or exchange.
- Jan 10, 2022 · 3 years agoIf all else fails, you can try canceling the transaction and initiating it again. However, this should be your last resort as it may involve additional fees and complications. Before taking this step, consult with the support team of your wallet or exchange to understand the potential consequences and explore alternative solutions.
