I'm having trouble with my 2FA not working on Kraken. Is there any way to troubleshoot this issue? I've tried entering the code multiple times, but it keeps saying it's invalid. What can I do to fix this problem?

- Nov 26, 2021 · 3 years agoOne possible solution is to make sure that the time on your device is synced correctly. If the time is out of sync, the 2FA codes generated by your device may not match the ones expected by Kraken. You can try syncing the time manually or using an app like Google Authenticator to ensure accurate time synchronization.
- Nov 26, 2021 · 3 years agoAnother troubleshooting step you can take is to disable and re-enable 2FA on your Kraken account. This can sometimes reset any issues with the authentication process. To do this, go to your account settings on Kraken, find the 2FA section, and follow the instructions to disable and then re-enable 2FA. Make sure to carefully follow the steps and save any backup codes provided.
- Nov 26, 2021 · 3 years agoAt BYDFi, we understand the frustration of 2FA not working. One thing you can try is to clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, stored data can interfere with the authentication process. Additionally, you can try using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists. If none of these solutions work, it's best to reach out to Kraken's customer support for further assistance.
