I had a similar issue with mycelium not being able to broadcast transactions. One thing that helped me was adjusting the transaction fee. Sometimes, if the fee is too low, the transaction may not get picked up by miners and therefore not be broadcasted. Try increasing the fee and see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, double-check the recipient's address to ensure it is correct. If the address is invalid or mistyped, the transaction will not be broadcasted. Lastly, if you are using a VPN or any other network configuration, try disabling it temporarily and see if that makes a difference.

I understand the frustration of not being able to broadcast transactions with mycelium. One potential solution is to check if there are any issues with the Bitcoin network itself. Sometimes, network congestion or other technical issues can prevent transactions from being broadcasted. You can check the status of the Bitcoin network on websites like blockchain.com or btc.com. If the network is experiencing high congestion, you may need to wait until it clears up before your transactions can be broadcasted. Additionally, make sure you have the latest version of mycelium installed, as updates often include bug fixes and improvements related to transaction broadcasting. If all else fails, consider reaching out to the mycelium community or forums for further assistance and guidance.
