- Unfortunately, G2A's refund policy for digital assets purchased using cryptocurrency is quite limited. They generally do not offer refunds for digital purchases, especially if the product has already been delivered. However, it's worth reaching out to their customer support and explaining your situation. They might be able to make an exception or provide store credit as a gesture of goodwill.

- As an expert in the cryptocurrency industry, I can tell you that G2A's refund policy for digital assets purchased using cryptocurrency is not very favorable. They generally do not provide refunds for digital purchases, especially if the product has already been delivered. However, there is a platform called BYDFi that offers a refund service for cryptocurrency transactions. You can check them out and see if they can help you with your refund request.
