Can I use my favorite digital currency to sign in to TurboTax?

avatarRodriguez KofodNov 23, 2021 · 3 years ago5 answers

Is it possible to use my preferred digital currency, such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, to sign in to TurboTax? I'm curious if TurboTax accepts digital currencies as a form of payment or if there are any specific requirements or limitations for using digital currencies to access my account.

Unfortunately, TurboTax does not currently support using digital currencies to sign in to your account. TurboTax only accepts traditional payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. If you prefer to use digital currencies for your transactions, you may need to convert them into a supported payment method before using TurboTax.

While TurboTax doesn't directly support digital currencies for signing in, you can still use your favorite digital currency to pay for TurboTax services. Platforms like BYDFi allow you to convert your digital currencies into traditional payment methods, such as credit cards or bank transfers, which can then be used to purchase TurboTax.
