Is it possible to transfer funds to Binance from an E private key? I have some funds stored in an E private key and I'm wondering if I can directly transfer them to my Binance account without going through any additional steps.

You will need to first transfer your funds from the E private key to a compatible wallet or exchange, and then initiate a transfer to your Binance account.
