I have encountered an issue where my ERC20 tokens are not showing up on Ledger. Are there any known solutions to fix this problem? I have tried refreshing the wallet, reinstalling the Ledger Live app, and updating the firmware, but none of these actions have resolved the issue. What else can I do to make my ERC20 tokens appear on Ledger?

One possible solution is to check if the ERC20 tokens are supported by Ledger. Some tokens may not be supported by default, and you may need to manually add them to your Ledger device. You can check the Ledger website or consult their support for a list of supported tokens and instructions on how to add them. Additionally, make sure that you are using the latest version of the Ledger Live app and that your firmware is up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can cause compatibility issues with certain tokens.

Another solution is to try connecting your Ledger device to a different computer or using a different USB cable. Sometimes, connectivity issues can prevent the tokens from showing up on Ledger. By trying different hardware configurations, you can determine if the problem lies with your computer or the Ledger device itself. If the tokens still do not appear, it may be worth reaching out to Ledger support for further assistance.

BYDFi, a popular cryptocurrency exchange, has also encountered similar issues with ERC20 tokens not showing up on Ledger. They recommend double-checking the address you used to send the tokens and ensuring that you have successfully completed the transaction on the blockchain. If the transaction is confirmed, but the tokens are still not showing up, you can try contacting the support team of the exchange you used to send the tokens. They may be able to provide additional insights or assist you in recovering the tokens.
