I'm interested in cryptocurrencies and I've heard that some of them offer interest rates for simply holding them. Is this true? If so, which cryptocurrencies offer this feature and how does it work?

- Nov 26, 2021 · 3 years agoYes, there are cryptocurrencies that offer interest rates for holding them. One popular example is Ethereum 2.0, which allows users to stake their ETH and earn interest in return. Staking involves locking up a certain amount of ETH in a smart contract, which helps secure the network and validate transactions. In return for staking, users receive rewards in the form of additional ETH. Other cryptocurrencies like Cardano and Tezos also offer similar staking mechanisms.
