Zeitgeist is a decentralized prediction market protocol. It is built in Substrate and operates as a live parachain of Kusama, the sister chain of Polkadot.

Zeitgeist offers users the ability to make predictions on various markets and create their own markets using a comprehensive SDK provided for software developers.

In addition to its prediction market functionality, Zeitgeist plans to implement a unique governance model called 'futarchy.' This model, proposed by economist Robin Hanson, relies on prediction markets to make decisions instead of traditional democratic consensus.

Zeitgeist's native dispute resolution system is called the court. Holders of ZTG, the native token of Zeitgeist, can stake their tokens to join the pool of jurors and participate in the prediction process.
