STIMA is an Asset-Backed token that allows individuals to independently estimate the value of their real-world assets. These assets can be recognized as tokens and can be held, exchanged, or converted into other assets on the STIMA blockchain. STIMA accepts various types of assets including fine art, jewelry, wine & spirits, vehicles, watches, books and documents, collectibles, and copyright. The certified value of the assets held in reserves will always be equal to the total STIMA tokens in circulation, ensuring a reliable Proof of Reserves process. Each token in circulation is guaranteed by the assets placed as collateral. STIMA also offers a CROSS PROPERTY SHARING service, which is a blockchain-based electronic exchange and payment system that enables direct transactions between two parties without the need for a trusted third party. The value of each STIMA token is determined by the quantity and quality of the assets placed as collateral, ensuring a minimum exchange value. The number of STIMA tokens in circulation is based on the VALUE STANDARD principles, where new tokens are issued whenever an asset is accepted into the system. The circulation of STIMA tokens is categorized into locked tokens (part of the PROOF OF VALUE), unlocked tokens (part of the PROOF OF LIQUIDITY or PROOF OF RESERVE), and burned tokens (used to withdraw assets from the PROOF OF RESERVE). STIMA was founded by Maxim Tchmil and Alex Khamraev, who have extensive experience in technology, fine art, automotive, fashion, and other sectors. They were later joined by Alessandro Gherzi, a banking sector expert, to enhance the valuation and exchange processes of assets. STIMA involves a team of more than 20 people, including programmers, lawyers, intermediaries, sector experts, critics, and journalists. STIMA tokens will be directly listed on centralized exchanges and the first listing is scheduled for May 1st. Minting STIMA tokens can only be done by transforming a physical asset and going through a validation process. STIMA also offers a Cross Property Sharing service, which simplifies buying and selling processes by allowing the exchange of assets through STIMA tokens. The value of STIMA tokens is calculated based on the value of the properties against which the tokens were issued. The minimum capitalization value of STIMA is equal to the total value of the assets stored by STIMA, providing stability to the exchange rates.

What is STIMA cryptocurrency?

STIMA is the first cryptocurrency based on a value standard, a cross-property sharing concept that will revolutionize how we own, transact and monetize real-world assets of value. Anything, from artwork and jewelry to rare wines and spirits, luxury watches and collectible vehicles, can be staked and converted into STIMA tokens. STIMA is a utility token that correlates its native cryptocurrency to the value of physical assets through a cryptographic system. This token allows for an economic exchange that goes beyond conventional rules surrounding transactional elements related to a given asset. If you hold an asset with a proven intrinsic value determined by objective valuation metrics, you can unburden the asset sale process by receiving STIMA. STIMA as an ecosystem allows its wider investor base to tap into a pool of historically appreciating assets, with fractional ownership guaranteeing diversification to all token holders. These assets have all been minted by owners prior to the listing date on crypto exchanges, optimizing their asset's value. Owners can unlock their tokens by handing staked property into a STIMA accredited vault, and then exchange the tokens into fiat or other cryptocurrencies, sell privately, or convert STIMA into any other real-world asset on our platform.
